Q.Does the price include set up and delivery?
A.Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include your local sales tax.
Q.Do you deliver to other cities?
A.Yes, we are based out of Hawkins however, we rely on our surrounding cities. If your city is not listed on our delivery list feel free to give us a call and see if we can service your area.
Q.Does the standard 6 hour rental time include your set up time?
A.No. We will arrive and set up early so you will get your full rental. Additional hours can also be purchased and the second day can be purchased for 50 percent off as long as the unit is not rented the following day.
Q.When do you set up?
A.That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 7:00 A.M. If this is the case, we will call 1-3 days before your event to make sure that is okay.
Q.We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
A.No. After each rental Bounce Town Inflatables washes every unit. However, it is typical for the units to be wet from washing it after the previous rental.
Q.Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A.Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer and standard gauge cords can trip your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords. However, while the unit is not in use you may turn off the unit as long as the water is turned off first. If winds exceed 15 mph turn the blowers off immediately.
Q.What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
A.We will set up at a park however, we require all customers to rent a generator from Bounce Town Inflatables because most parks do not have electricity. Also, some parks will not allow inflatables. So be sure you find out if they are allowed before you book. Bounce Town Inflatables will also have to approve of the park rental requested.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.We accept cash, most credit cards, or company checks but not personal checks. If you are paying cash be sure you have the exact amount because our drivers do not carry change.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.yes, we require a 25% deposit on all bookings. All bookings must be booked & paid through our website before we arrive. Only once you have paid your deposit, your rental will be reserved.
Q.How big are the units?
A.We have many different sizes. Exact sizes are listed next to all units on our website.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks or gravel as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl and damage the unit.
